WLOX, the ABC/CBS/Bounce affiliate in Biloxi, MS is currently recruiting for a Digital Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking a person who will aggressively grow digital revenue across all digital platforms for WLOX.com. The Digital Sales Manager will lead the station’s efforts in developing new and incremental digital business while reducing digital churn. The Digital Sales manager oversees s digital support team and had defined revenue objectives for the department. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of digital sales experience. We are looking for a leader that will work with our Local Sales Managers to develop digital revenues.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful history of developing digital revenues with existing and new clients and who shares a passion for creating client specific campaigns that will meet the unique challenges and objectives our clients are experiencing in the digital space. Must be willing and capable of learning about new products and able to execute new sales strategies for the ever-changing digital landscape. The candidate must also be an effective manager, communicator, trainer, relationship builder and seller. Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to execute and complete a digital campaign from start to finish, are critical. Drug and MVR screenings are required.
